Job Description

We are looking for a MEP engineer who is well versed with execution of MEP services on site with good knowledge of design and implementing systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), Electrical, Fire-fighting and Plumbing.

Need to ensure that these systems meet project requirements, codes, and standards. MEP engineer needs to work with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and contractors to ensure that systems are designed, installed, and maintained correctly.

MEP engineer need to manage multiple projects, ensuring minimal problems from design to delivery. Also oversee the work of the project management team and ensure adherence to the project schedule. Should have an understanding of preparing cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems. Should also have experience in handling all MEP systems on site. Candidates having hands on project management experience related to hospitals will be preferred.

The site is located in Nepal, Close to Siliguri in west bengal. This is a full time on-site job and requires monitoring & execution of MEP services in an upcoming hospital project. The job specification include :

Co ordinating with all vendors & clients Bill verification & closure Cross checking MEP drawings & BOQ Suggesting changes in the MEP drawings & BOQ if required Good knowledge of the materials used in MEP services including costing Preparing the MEP project schedule & adhering to it Attending the Client-Architect-PMC meeting & preparing closure reports and MoM Reporting to Project-Head with all discussions carried out on site

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
