Qualification : B tech in Electrical and Electronics

Experience : 3+ Years Experience, in Constructions

:

Detail Study of MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) technical drawings, specifications, and determining the MEP requirements of a project.

Monitoring, verifying, and Validating of all the MEP related to internal & external.

Review Contractors shop drawings against the design (tender) drawings.

Review contractors mechanical shop drawing in conjunction with the structural and MEP to ensure engineering coordination.

Finalisation of Sub Contractors & Subcontractor Billing

Preparation of proper handing over documents.

Prepare schedule of execution.

Conduct weekly review meetings with vendors to check progress.

Meet timeline and schedule.

Ensuring health and safety codes are obeyed at all times.

Coordination meeting with MEP services, Civil, Structural etc., for smooth progress of the work.

Preparing reconciliation statements.

Time to Time reporting to management and seniors

Preparation of client bills
