Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems for our real estate projects. The candidate will ensure smooth integration of services, compliance with standards, and timely completion of all MEP works.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor and execute all MEP activities at the project site Review technical drawings, specifications & BOQs to ensure accuracy Coordination with architects, structural and other engineering teams Supervise contractors and ensure quality control of MEP installation Conduct inspections for electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting & plumbing systems Ensure compliance with safety codes, industry standards and regulatory norms Track project progress, resource allocation and maintain documentation Assist in procurement planning and vendor management of MEP materials Resolve technical site issues and provide engineering solutions Support commissioning and testing of MEP systems before project handover

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, load calculations, and site execution Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and MEP-related software Problem-solving skills & attention to detail Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines Good communication & stakeholder coordination skills

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?57,718.92 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

MEP ENG.: 6 years (Preferred) Real Estate: 5 years (Preferred)
