Prepare quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works from drawings and specifications.
Review MEP BOQs, tender documents, and project specifications.
Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and pricing for MEP packages.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison statements.
Verify subcontractor bills, progress claims, and certification.
Maintain cost tracking, variations, and change orders.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors for quantity verification.
Support in preparing monthly cost reports and project budgets.
Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and contractual requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Strong knowledge in MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software.
Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract activities.
Good communication and documentation skills.
