An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have min 5 to 10 years of experience MEP & in Conduct off-site inspections of MEP equipment to verify compliance with standards and project suitability. Ensure smooth transition from MEP design phase to on-site implementation and completion.
Key Competencies:

• Execute and supervise MEP tasks related to building construction projects
• Manage and coordinate multiple MEP projects simultaneously
• Ensure smooth transition from MEP design phase to on-site implementation and completion
• Use project management tools (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, etc.) for planning and tracking
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for MEP works
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors
• Provide technical advice and support for MEP system installation and maintenance
