Essential Skill

Prior hands-on experience of construction and finishing of a multi-storey office building of minimum 20m height and 50,000 sqft area Required minimum 5 years of experience with at least 1 year in MEP, finishing etc. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, including knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety procedures. Good communication skills, as required for the job role Unquestionable Integrity and honesty

Role/Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor execution of MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) at project sites. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, standards, and specifications. Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings for coordination and execution purposes. Conduct inspection of ongoing and completed work to ensure quality and compliance. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for timely project progress. Prepare daily progress reports, inspection reports, and maintain project documentation. Ensure safety protocols and company procedures are followed on-site. Support project planning, material management, and work scheduling activities.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
