Key Responsibilities:

Design & Drafting:

Prepare detailed designs for Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing systems, including specifications, drawings, and cost estimates.

System Integration:

Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into project designs.

Project Supervision:

Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of MEP systems at the site, ensuring adherence to design and regulatory standards.

Compliance & Quality Control:

Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle.

System Optimization:

Plan and enhance system performance focusing on energy efficiency, safety, functionality, and sustainability.

Communication Systems:

Design and specify infrastructure for voice, data, security, and fire alarm systems.
