Job Description

Key Responsibilities : -

Design and review

MEP systems

including HVAC, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, fire protection, water supply, drainage, and low-current systems Coordinate MEP designs with

architectural, structural, and civil teams

Prepare and review

drawings, layouts, schematics, and specifications

Ensure compliance with

local codes, international standards, and safety regulations

Conduct site inspections to monitor installation and workmanship quality Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements Identify and resolve technical issues during design and construction phases Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems Assist in cost estimation, BOQs, and value engineering Maintain proper documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
