Key responsibilities

Design and planning:

Create detailed plans for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, including selecting equipment, designing ductwork, and determining electrical loads.

Coordination:

Work with architects, other engineers, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of all MEP systems within the overall project.

Compliance and safety:

Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and energy standards.

Project management:

Oversee the installation process on-site, manage project timelines, and ensure projects are completed within budget.

System analysis and maintenance:

Conduct energy efficiency calculations, oversee system testing, troubleshoot issues, and prepare manuals for system maintenance.

Communication and documentation:

Draft technical specifications and documentation, maintain accurate records, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
