Roles and Responsibilities -

Plan, execute, and supervise all electrical works at site as per approved drawings and standards. Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment. Control project costs, review BOQs, and certify contractor bills. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site staff. Prepare progress reports and maintain required documentation. Support maintenance, handover, and statutory approvals. Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical (Power/Lighting/Low Voltage) Plumbing (Water/Waste/Fire) systems for buildings, showcasing skills in coordination with architects, adherence to codes Project documentation, and ensuring occupant comfort and safety, often emphasising quantifiable achievements in energy efficiency or project delivery.
