Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning:

Create detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing, and sometimes communication systems (fire alarms, security).

Coordination:

Work with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP systems effectively.

Calculation & Analysis:

Perform energy efficiency calculations, load calculations (heating/cooling), and short-circuit/arc-flash analysis for electrical systems.

Equipment Selection:

Choose appropriate materials, HVAC units, electrical components (breakers, transformers), and plumbing fixtures.

Installation Oversight:

Supervise contractors, ensure installation adheres to design, codes, and schedule, and conduct quality control checks.

Compliance:

Ensure all designs and installations meet local, national (e.g., NEC), and international building codes and standards.

Testing & Commissioning:

Test and verify that installed systems function correctly and efficiently before project handover.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
