Responsibilities: -

- Provide conceptual and detailed design for HVAC-Firefighting & Fire Alarm system. - Provide material and equipment specifications for HVAC, & Fire Alarm, and Firefighting systems. - Generate SOW for HVAC/Firefighting & Fire Alarm for subcontractors. - Design review and validation of the HVAC & Fire system design package provided by the consultant. - Professional in HVAC & Fire system design, drawing, calculation, quantity survey & BOQ. - Familiar with applicable local and international standards. LEED standard acquaintance. - Added design knowledge of all pumping systems, STP, WTP, Swimming pools, and the reticulated gas system will be advantageous.

Required Candidate Profile: -

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong Knowledge of HVAC-Firefighting & Fire Alarm systems.

Experience-

8-10 years

Education-

B.E./ B Tech in Civil Engineering.
