MEP Engineer

to support our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer

to oversee and manage the MEP works in our residential and commercial building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating MEP designs, supervising installations, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and supporting project delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, review, and implement MEP systems in line with project requirements and standards. Coordinate MEP design and execution with architects, structural engineers, and contractors. Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, timelines, and safety standards. Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues. Monitor and control MEP project costs, ensuring cost-effective solutions. Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline). 6+ years of proven experience in MEP engineering for residential and/or commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and maintenance. Familiarity with

AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and o

ther relevant design and project management tools. Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or similar project management certification. LEED or similar sustainability accreditation. Experience working with BIM and integrated project delivery (IPD) systems.
