Job Description

Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing). Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines. Supervise MEP subcontractors and ensure work is completed to standard and on time. Conduct quality control checks, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health & safety standards. Prepare and review BOQs, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals. Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and provide engineering solutions. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations related to MEP works. Ensure documentation and reports are updated and submitted in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. [3-10]+ years of experience in MEP design, installation, and supervision. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire-fighting, and building systems. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design software. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
