Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled
MEP professional
to oversee
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
for commercial interior fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage design coordination, vendor execution, quality, timelines, and ensure smooth site implementation of all MEP works.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute all
MEP works
for interior and construction projects.
Review and verify
design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with
architectural, structural, and interior teams
for service integration.
Supervise contractors and vendors for installation, testing, and commissioning.
Conduct
site inspections
to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design standards.
Prepare
work schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
Manage MEP
procurement, approvals, and material tracking.
Ensure all systems comply with
local codes, energy standards, and client requirements.
Identify potential design conflicts and resolve issues proactively.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
5-7 years
of experience in
commercial fit-outs, corporate interiors, or civil construction projects.
Strong understanding of
HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, and ELV systems.
Experience in
Design-Build or Turnkey interior projects
preferred.
Proficient in reading MEP drawings, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
