Supervise staff and equipment across multiple projects.
Allocate daily tasks to technicians and property managers.
Manage equipment inventory and maintenance.
Act as a liaison with the Maintenance Engineer.
Maintain records and report on activities.
Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.
Qualifications:
B.Tech Electrical or relevant experience.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Technical knowledge and safety awareness.
Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday with leave options.
