Job Description

Prasanthi Holdings is seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Engineer for the Kollam location, with a strong background in PMC for mid-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in MEP systems and STP operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to drive project success in fast-paced construction environments.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

4-6 years of professional experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering (if license holder added advantage). Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Strong technical expertise in:

HVAC system design and installation. STP operations, maintenance, and compliance. Plumbing system design and installation. Reatiler Fitout Co-ordination. Electrical system design and installation. Firefighting system design and installation. High-rise building systems and structural integration.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, install, test, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, firefighting systems and STP systems as well as systems associated with mid-rise building structures. Taking over operations from the Projects team. Ensure full compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for all MEP works. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, assess work quality, and identify potential issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical queries and develop effective engineering solutions. Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and documentation for MEP systems in accordance with project specifications. Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the Sewage Treatment Plant to ensure efficient performance and compliance with regulations.
