Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Plan, schedule, and supervise the execution of MEP works at the site. Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other engineering teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure effective integration. Monitor the installation of HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, water supply, drainage, and other MEP services. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. Prepare MEP work progress reports and assist in project planning and cost control. Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems. Ensure all MEP activities follow relevant codes and standards (e.g., IS, NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA). Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams. Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
