:
Design and plan mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for buildings, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
Perform load calculations for HVAC, electrical, and water supply systems.
Select appropriate equipment and materials, considering energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
Coordinate with architects and structural engineers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.
Ensure designs meet sustainability standards and incorporate energy-efficient solutions.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3-5 years of UAE experience in MEP design.
Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360).
Knowledge of local regulations from authorities like DEWA, DM, DDA,
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
