Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. 3-6 years of experience in

MEP design and site supervision

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory); knowledge of Revit MEP is a plus. Strong knowledge of

HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

in construction projects. Familiarity with

international MEP codes and standards

. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at construction sites. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and subcontractors for smooth MEP integration. Review drawings, BOQs, and material specifications to ensure compliance with project standards. Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety. Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of MEP works. Prepare daily/weekly reports and assist in procurement and vendor management.
