Your Role

Oversee execution of all

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

works on-site Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors for seamless project integration Monitor site progress, ensure quality control, and comply with local standards Manage subcontractors, BOQs, and material planning efficiently Provide sustainable and cost-effective MEP solutions for premium villas

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree/Diploma

in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

3+ years

experience in residential MEP project execution (villa/apartment projects preferred) Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD

, site coordination, and local compliance codes Detail-oriented and passionate about quality Candidates based in/near

Kochi

preferred
