We are looking for

BIM Architects with 3+ years of experience

to develop, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models for architectural projects. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate modeling, effective coordination, and timely project delivery.

The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and updating BIM models, producing architectural drawings and documentation, performing clash detection, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project requirements. The position also supports design presentations, client coordination, and structured project data management.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and update BIM models using

Revit

and other relevant design tools. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate and well-coordinated models. Produce architectural drawings, visualizations, and construction documentation from BIM models. Perform clash detection, maintain model integrity, and resolve coordination issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project protocols, and delivery timelines. Support design presentations, client coordination, and preparation of technical documentation. Maintain proper version control and ensure all project data is accurately stored and updated.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
