Supervise and execute MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works at site
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and project teams for smooth execution
Review MEP drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with standards
Monitor site progress, quality, and safety of MEP activities
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants
Prepare daily progress reports and material requirements
Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
Requirements:
Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
4-9 years of experience in MEP works (residential/commercial projects preferred)
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire-fighting
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
