Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

MEP Engineer

to oversee the planning, design, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP aspects align with project requirements, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks while optimizing efficiency and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning:

Develop and review MEP designs, schematics, and layouts for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Prepared the as Build Drawings as per the site execution. As per as Build Drawings to prepare the sub-contractor bills

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with consultants and contractors to integrate MEP services seamlessly into project plans.

Site Supervision:

Oversee on-site execution of MEP works, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Cost & Material Management:

Estimate project costs, prepare BOQs.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure MEP systems adhere to local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Testing & Commissioning:

Conduct inspections, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain records, technical reports, and project documentation for reference and compliance purposes.

Sustainability & Efficiency:

Implement energy-efficient solutions and recommend sustainable MEP strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. Understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, IS Codes). Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage vendors. Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent). 5+ years of experience in MEP design and execution. Experience in residential projects. Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices is a plus.

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
