Key Responsibilities:

Review and coordinate

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEPF)

drawings and services. Ensure that design intent, specifications, and quality standards are implemented during execution. Conduct

site inspections

, technical evaluations, and progress reviews. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client teams for design and technical approvals. Assist in

BOQ preparation, material approvals, and compliance documentation

. Support tender documentation and value engineering exercises. Ensure all works comply with applicable

codes, standards, and project requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

M.Tech / M.E. (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)

with

minimum 7 years' experience

,

OR

B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)

with

minimum 10 years' experience

.

Proficiency in

HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems design & coordination

. Hands-on experience in

AutoCAD, MS Office

, and relevant design software. Prior experience in

airport, institutional, or public infrastructure projects

preferred. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
