Job description:

1. Understanding the client requirements and quantities take off as per marking and RCP drawing.

2. Preparing BOQ by studying specification sheets from sales team.

3. Monitor and control costs throughout the project, identifying cost saving opportunities.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise projects outcomes and achieve value for money.

5. Preparing the initial quote and contract for the sales team from company's side.

Qualification :

B.E./ B. Tech. civil & Dip. Civil

Office Location :

Electronic City, Bangalore

Site Work Location : anywhere within Bangalore
