Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office to support our engineering team in preparing detailed MEP drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for producing accurate layouts, coordinating services, and assisting in documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD. Develop coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings based on design intent. Support design engineers in drafting HVAC, electrical, firefighting, and plumbing layouts. Maintain and organize drawing files, records, and revisions. Assist in quantity take-offs and basic documentation using MS Excel and Word. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of drawings. Update drawing revisions as per client/engineer instructions. Cross-check dimensions, levels, and drawing consistency before submission.

Requirements:

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline. 2+ years of experience in MEP drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D is an advantage). Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to interpret MEP designs and consultant drawings. Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred:

Familiarity with project types such as residential villas, commercial buildings, or warehouses. Exposure to BIM/Revit is a plus but not mandatory.
