Key Responsibilities:
Execution and supervision of
Electrical & MEP works
at site
Handling
HT & LT systems
, including panels, transformers, DG sets, earthing & lighting
Coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Preparation and checking of
BOQ, estimates, and material requisitions
Ensure work is executed as per
approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance
Troubleshooting electrical / MEP issues during execution
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and site records
Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of
Electrical / MEP systems
Hands-on experience with
HT & LT works
Knowledge of
quality control, estimation, and billing
Proficient in
computer applications
(MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD - basic)
Understanding of electrical drawings and coordination drawings
Qualification:
B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirement:
2 to 4 years
of relevant experience in
high-rise residential / group housing projects
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Site-oriented professional with strong execution skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Experience in real estate / construction industry preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
