Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

- Create detailed MEP layouts (HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing).

System Integration

- Ensure MEP systems are seamlessly integrated into building design.

Compliance & Safety

- Adhere to building codes, safety norms, and energy efficiency standards.

Budgeting & Cost Control

- Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage MEP budgets.

Installation Supervision

- Oversee on-site installation ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Troubleshooting

- Resolve technical issues during installation or operation.

Team Coordination

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualification:

B.tech in Mechanical/Electrical (Electrical preference)

Experience:

3-5 Years

Industry:

Real Estate (Residential/Commercial Projects)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
