MEP Engineer - ElectricalPosition:

Third Party Role

Experience Required:

5-8 years

Educational RequirementsBachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Industry ExperienceSpecialized experience in high-end/high-value residential and apartment projects. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of luxury residential MEP systems, premium fixtures, and sophisticated electrical infrastructure requirements typical in upscale residential developments.

Project Experience RequirementsMust have successfully completed at least one residential project from conception to handover, demonstrating comprehensive project lifecycle experience including design development, execution, testing, commissioning, and final delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe MEP Engineer - Electrical will be responsible for electrical system design, installation oversight, and project coordination for high-value residential developments. This includes power distribution systems, lighting design, fire safety systems, security infrastructure, home automation integration, and coordination with other MEP disciplines. The role requires ensuring compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and luxury residential quality expectations.

Essential SkillsStrong technical expertise in electrical design software, project management capabilities, vendor coordination experience, and proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management in premium residential projects.
