(A). QUALIFICATIONS: 1. B.E. / B.Tech - Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with minimum 5 Year Experience. 2. Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 Year Experience. (B). JOB RESPONCIBILITIES: 1. Candidate should be Capable to Handling MEP work in High rise, Airport, Medical College, Hospital, Hotel Construction Projects, and Infrastructure Projects. 2. Cost & Risk Analysis/ Evaluation. 3. Site Execution Planning, execution, Review & Analysis. 4. Preparation, checking & Payment follow up with client. 5. Testing, Commissioning & handing over site to client with as built drawings. 6. Team Building, Training & Leadership. 7. Coordination with client & consultants for drawing approvals, schedule meetings, & calculation of additional works with their rate approvals for smooth functioning of site. 8. Coordination in Various MEP Works. (C). Duties and Responsibilities1. ELECTRICAL:

Co-ordination and execution of electrical works in conformity with approved electrical

drawings.

Completely responsible for execution, testing & commissioning of HT panel, 11/0.440 KV, 33 / 11 KV substation with transformer, Laying of HT / LT Cables, LT Panels, DB's, internal wiring, & external development works

Checking and approval of various Bills. 2. HVAC Works-

Monitoring & handling of Installation, testing & commissioning of high side works consisting of Chillers capacity up to 450TR, primary & secondary chilled water pumps with their VFDs, condenser pumps, hot water generator, PHE for chilled beam circuit, air separator, expansion tank, cooling towers & Plant room electrical system & control as well.

Lower side work consisting of Complete installation, testing & commissioning of AHU, HRW, FCU, Hydronic cassette units, Chilled Beams, chilled water piping with their fittings, sheet metal ducting, VAV Boxes, VAV diffusers, fire dampers, VCD & sound attenuator, grill & diffusers.

Ventilation work with ducting, Fan installation, connection & their controlling as per controlling scheme. 3. Plumbing Works

Co-ordination works completed with Installation, testing & commissioning of:

Water Transfer pumps, Water treatment Plant, hydro pneumatic System.

Sanitary Fixture Fixing, CP fitting.

CI piping, cPVC, GI, UPVC & SS piping

External line-Drainage line, Sewer line & Water supply line.

Rainwater Harvesting. 4. Fire Fighting works-

Co-ordination works, erection, testing & commissioning of: -

Plant room accessories like Hydrant, Sprinkler, Jockey & Diesel Pumps with their auto control scheme.

External Hydrant, Internal Hydrant line, fixing of entire Hydrant post, all type of valves.

Hose box, Hose reel, Pressure gauge, Pressure switch, Flow switch, Flow meter, pendent,

upright Sprinkler system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
