We are seeking a skilled and proactive
MEP Engineer
to oversee
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing
work for our ongoing interior fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, site, and vendor teams to ensure smooth installation and compliance with technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute
MEP work
(electrical wiring, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety systems) as per drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with
architects, designers, and contractors
to align MEP plans with interior layouts.
Review and verify
MEP drawings, BOQs, and vendor quotations.
Conduct
site inspections
to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
Identify and resolve any MEP-related site issues promptly.
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for material supply and installation.
Maintain daily
site reports, checklists, and progress documentation.
Ensure all work complies with
safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in
Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
2-3 years of experience
in
interior or construction fit-out projects.
Sound knowledge of
HVAC, electrical layouts, plumbing, and fire systems.
Ability to read and interpret
MEP and interior drawings.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Location:
Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi (with site visits across NCR)
