Job Description

Industry:

Interior Contracting - Interior Fit-Out Works with Turnkey Solutions

Experience:

7+ years in Interior Fit-Out Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Handling

MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

in interior fit-out projects. Reviewing and coordinating

MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs

. Ensuring compliance with design standards and site execution timelines. Preparing rate quotes based on BOQs during tender bidding. Coordinating with

clients, consultants, and subcontractors

. Overseeing

site work, quality control, testing, commissioning, and handover

Key Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of

HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems

. Proven experience in

interior fit-out projects

. Proficiency in reading and coordinating

MEP and architectural drawings

. Familiarity with

AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and MS Office

Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma in

Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

Preferred Background:

Interior Fit-Out Contracting

(Commercial / Retail / Hospitality Projects).
