Job summary

Seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in industrial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

System Design and Implementation

: Design and implement mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for both industrial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Project Coordination

: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs.

Technical Oversight

: Provide technical expertise and guidance during all phases of the construction project, including site inspections and audits.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure that all MEP systems are installed and functioning according to specifications and quality standards.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance

: Oversee the troubleshooting and maintenance of MEP systems post-installation to ensure optimal performance.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS-Office, SketchUp, ArchiCAD
Key Requirements

Experience

: 5-10 years of experience as an MEP Engineer, ideally within the industrial or residential construction sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Technical Knowledge

: Strong understanding of MEP systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Experience with structural audits
