Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to join our interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of MEP works for residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with design and project teams to integrate MEP services in interior design projects. Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Evaluate and validate contractor/shop drawings and suggest necessary changes as per site conditions. Monitor installation activities on-site for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Supervise MEP works to ensure compliance with design, standards, and timelines. Conduct site inspections and quality checks of MEP installations. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for timely execution of MEP services. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at the project site. Ensure safety protocols are followed during MEP installations. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports of MEP works and update stakeholders. Support project handover including final inspection and commissioning of systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, hospitality). Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design software. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical load calculations, plumbing layouts, and fire-fighting systems. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and MEP standards. Experience working with architects, designers, and contractors.
