Create detailed designs and plans for mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, power, lighting, and communication systems, utilizing CAD software and 3D models.
Installation & Commissioning:
Supervise the installation of MEP systems on-site, manage testing processes, and ensure proper integration and functionality of equipment.
Compliance:
Ensure all designs and installations adhere to industry standards, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
Coordination:
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, construction teams, and other professionals to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions during the design, installation, and maintenance phases.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical reports, project documentation, engineering drawings, and progress reports for various stakeholders.
Project Management:
Contribute to
project planning by preparing cost estimates for systems, monitoring schedules, and providing input on engineering solutions to improve performance and sustainability.
Maintenance & Support:
Provide technical support for maintenance activities, conduct equipment inspections, and develop preventive maintenance programs to ensure long-term system functionality.
