Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop

MEP shop drawings, layout drawings, and as-built drawings

as per approved designs and site conditions. Draft and modify drawings for

HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems

. Coordinate with

MEP Engineers, Project Managers, and Site Teams

for drawing approvals and execution requirements. Incorporate

site inputs, RFIs, and design revisions

into drawings promptly. Ensure all drawings comply with

BMI standards, project specifications, and local authority norms

. Maintain proper

drawing documentation, revisions, and version control

. Assist engineers in

quantity take-offs and BOQs

when required. Support inter-disciplinary coordination to avoid clashes during execution.
Software & Tools Required:

AutoCAD (Mandatory) MS Excel & MS Office
Skills Required:

Strong understanding of

MEP services and site coordination

Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings Good communication and coordination skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Education Qualification:

Diploma / ITI / Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related MEP discipline
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in

commercial, residential, hospitality, or industrial projects

Exposure to execution-driven projects Immediate or short notice period preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
