Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP drawings (Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical) using AutoCAD software. Interpret project specifications and coordinate with engineers to create accurate and timely designs. Ensure drawings are compliant with project standards and local regulations. Coordinate and update drawings based on changes from site or engineering teams. Work closely with project managers, site teams, and consultants to ensure smooth design implementation. Maintain and organize drawing documentation efficiently.

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience as an MEP Draughtsman. Experience working with both contractor and consultant companies. Proficient in

AutoCAD

. Strong knowledge in

MEP systems

, especially Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical. Ability to read and understand MEP technical drawings and schematics. Good communication and teamwork skills. Diploma/Certification in Drafting or related field preferred.
