Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities



Preparation of

MEP proposal drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings



Drafting and detailing of

Plumbing Water Supply and Drainage Systems



Preparation of

design calculations, schematics, and detailed drawings



Knowledge and drafting of

Piping & Duct layouts



Tank capacity calculations and water demand calculations



Familiarity with

NBC / NFPA standards



Preparation of

Technical Data Sheets, Commissioning Reports, and Handover Documents



Coordination with project and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy

Skills & Requirements



Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in MEP drafting

Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory)

Good understanding of

MEP systems and standards



Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
