Job Description

Responsible for leading the design, planning, and execution of a project's MEP systems. Ensuring they integrate correctly and meet all technical, safety, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include managing a team of engineers, collaborating with other project stakeholders, schedules, reviewing designs, and overseeing installation and quality control. The role is also crucial for resolving technical issues, ensuring compliance with codes, and managing project documentation and client communication.

Leadership and management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MEP engineers and coordinators. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules. Ensure the project team adheres to quality, safety, and efficiency standards Manage project documentation and reporting, and present project updates to stakeholders.

Design and technical oversight

Oversee the entire MEP design process, from conceptualization to final implementation. Review and approve MEP system designs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection & B M S Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Conduct quality control checks and site inspections to ensure proper installation of systems.

Project execution and coordination

Act as a key point of contact for all MEP-related discussions between the client, consultants, and contractors. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural elements. Troubleshoot and resolve any MEP-related issues or design conflicts that arise during construction. Manage the commissioning and handover of MEP systems to clients.

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
