Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

MEP Engineer

responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites. The role requires strong technical expertise, site execution experience, and coordination with internal teams, consultants, and vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities

Execute and supervise MEP works including

HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems

Coordinate with design, procurement, commercial, and site teams

Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy and execution readiness

Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, standards, and timelines

Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, safety, and compliance

Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors at site

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support billing & measurements

Resolve site-level technical issues and coordinate with consultants/clients

Ensure adherence to statutory norms and safety guidelines

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of MEP systems execution Understanding of drawings, BOQs, load calculations, and specifications Experience in commercial, retail, warehouse, or fit-out projects Good coordination and communication skills Willingness to travel Pan India

Qualification

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in

Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

or relevant Field

Preferred

Experience in fast-track projects Client-facing and site-handling experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?13,700.53 - ?44,404.83 per month
