Job Title:

MEP Design Manager

Experience Required:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in MEP Design (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire). At least 3 years of proven experience in managing and leading design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of MEP design engineers and draftsmen. Manage the design process for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and allied services in line with project requirements and standards. Review, check, and approve detailed MEP design drawings, BOQs, and technical reports. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to meet client expectations. Provide technical guidance and resolve complex design challenges during all project phases. Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client specifications. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops. Support business development by providing technical inputs and innovative design solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and international standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
