Engage with MEP & allied consultants for capability assessment and appointment on board as per tracker timelines
Support the regional & large projects MEP team by providing inputs and feedbacks for getting the necessary approvals
Guide the regional MEP and intervene for effective trouble shooting, wherever required, to meet the Tracker timelines for all the stages
Ensure Issuance of all MEP & allied services tender packages to contracts team as per the timelines & quality.
Respond to RFIs in stipulated time & ensure the technical queries are resolved.
Ensure the relevant sustainability criteria is established across projects & consistently monitoring the progress wrt the intent and recommendations.
Constantly explore the latest innovations in the market, review the feasibility of implementation and introduce innovative technologies in the business
Explore value engineering possibilities at various stages of the design process to ensure most optimized design reached site for execution
Undertake regular site visits and inspections and highlights deviations and snags to ensure the design guidelines are adhered to
Oversee the final commissioning and handing over and ensure the same is as per the agreed SOP
