ELECTRICAL /

FF/PHE Design Engineer/Manager

PHE:

Designing and layout water supply systems, sewage/drainage networks, Plumbing, Sanitary, stormwater management, and sewage treatment plants (STP)

FF-

Designing sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire pumps, hose reels, and gas suppression systems

.

2-

ELV Design Engineer/Manager-

Develop and create schematic diagrams, shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and system architecture for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, AV).

-

Ensure system integration, code compliance (NFPA, IEC), and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), primarily using AutoCAD and Revit/BIM software.

Other responsibilities are :

-Responsible for design/review and Coordination with consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors for the implementation of all MEP functions and discipline required for the project.

- Ensure all designs comply with applicable local, state, national, and international codes and standards (NFPA, NBC, IPC).

- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams, and other stakeholders to integrate systems and resolve design conflicts.

-Review the design and submit it to the client for implementation.

- Attending meeting with client/consultant review of solution.

-Coordinate with site installation and testing & commissioning team

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should have hands on experience in MEP design in PHE, FF, ELV

Technical skills-

Firefighting system design (Hydrant, sprinkler, fire extinguisher), Plumbing. Water supply, drainage, sewage, ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, AV)

Software skills-

AutoCAD,

Revit,

Micro BIM Fire for Revit, Elite Software's FIRE, BIM, FHC Hydraulic Calculation Software etc.

Qualification-

Bachelors degree in mechanical/civil/ Electronic/Telecom etc.

Preferred industry

- Ware house, airport, data center, hospital, commercial building /Factory building/Industrial projects etc
