to join our growing design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed MEP design drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system designs.
Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural teams.
Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection.
Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project requirements.
Review and modify designs based on client and site requirements.
Support project execution through technical coordination and site visits.
Prepare BOQs, technical reports, and design documentation.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
1-3 years of experience in MEP design and coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of MEP design standards and building codes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in preparing BOQs and technical specifications is preferred.
