The MEP Design professional is instrumental in realizing the vision for luxury residential projects by overseeing the design and integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. This leadership role demands a combination of technical proficiency, design innovation, and strong communication skills to ensure compliance with regulations while enhancing the overarching architectural aesthetics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of extensive experience in MEP design, systems and project management, preferably within the luxury villa real estate, high-end residential, or hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership: Spearhead the development and design of MEP systems, ensuring they are in strict alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
Coordination: Foster collaboration among architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to create a cohesive building design that balances aesthetic value with functional MEP systems.
Technical Expertise: Provide advanced knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems to guide team decisions and influence design approaches.
