Hiring "MEP - Design" for one of the most Seasoned Real Estate Developer based in Mumbai and having a legacy of over 55 years

Position: MEP Design

Location: Andheri West

CTC: ₹10-12LPA

Experience Required: 10+ years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Design Coordination:

Prepare & review MEP design drawings and layouts for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.

Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other design teams for seamless integration.

Evaluate consultant drawings and provide necessary feedback.

Technical Review:

Check and validate BOQ, technical specifications, and design calculations.

Ensure designs meet local codes, standards (NBC, IS, ECBC), and project requirements.

Review and finalize shop drawings from contractors.

Vendor/Consultant Coordination:

Coordinate with external consultants/vendors for MEP design inputs, value engineering, and approvals.

Evaluate and finalize materials, systems, and technologies.

Site Support & Supervision:

Provide technical support to site execution teams.

Resolve design/site conflicts through appropriate solutions.

Conduct periodic site visits for quality checks and compliance.

Documentation & Approvals:

Prepare documentation for statutory approvals (e.g., Electrical load sanction, Fire NOC, Water connections).

Maintain records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and correspondences.

Cost Optimization:

Work closely with the cost and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective design without compromising functionality.

Participate in value engineering exercises.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
