Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

Develop

concept, schematic, and detailed MEP designs

for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems Perform

load calculations

(cooling, heating, electrical demand, water demand) Prepare and review

design drawings, layouts, single-line diagrams, and schematics

Produce

technical specifications, design reports, and BOQs

Coordinate MEP designs with

architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines

Ensure designs comply with

local authority regulations, building codes, and international standards

(ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.) Participate in

design reviews, value engineering, and client meetings

Support BIM coordination using

Revit MEP / Navisworks

Review contractor

shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs

during construction support stage Assist in

testing, commissioning, and design clarifications

during project handover
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
