Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP designs, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Perform HVAC load calculations, electrical load estimations, and plumbing system sizing using industry-standard software. Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure coordination of MEP services. Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop MEP system layouts. Ensure designs comply with relevant local and international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, IPC, etc.). Participate in design review meetings, value engineering, and project coordination. Prepare and maintain documentation, including BOQs, technical submittals, and design reports. Assist in site inspections and resolving on-site design/construction issues. Use CAD (AutoCAD) and BIM (Revit MEP) tools for modeling and drafting.
