Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

? Prepare accurate final MEP civil drawings from approved floor plans, ensuring code compliance and constructability

? Design & optimize HVAC systems for retail with focus on energy efficiency, comfort, and space utilization

? Plan efficient routing of ducting, piping, and cable trays to maximize usable retail space and aesthetics

? Align MEP layouts with brand design guidelines for lighting, HVAC visibility, and store layouts

? Apply retail project experience to address space constraints, fast rollouts, and customer-centric design

? Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve design conflicts

? Maintain quality control, documentation protocols, and ensure compliance through peer reviews

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
